Aye, that it is. I designed a lot of parts for oceanearing and mako deepwater. We used 17-4 and lots of nitronic for their stuff. Tuff and good corrosion resistance.

Company we do a lot of work for,(remaining nameless), likes the stuff too.

I agree with the other comments, you could drop the shallow pockets on the inside face to save some C/T. Everyone knows they are machined from all the badass cutter marks anyway.

Agree about counter bores to drop the nuts down more.
 
That's extremely cheap for the amount of time it takes to make something like that. Especially for two of them. I'd charge $80.00/pair for these simple ones I made.View attachment 434764

Kinda crazy how you can buy husky 357 big dawgs for like 3 bucks from baileys isn't it?

Those 372 dawgs look awesome, very nice job on them.
Not for me though, I like the smaller ones, dont get hung up on stuff as much.
