cut a deal with a guy for a pile of cherry in exchange for a custom bench.of course I said yes but told him about the wait time on freshly milled wood.he said he had a cherry beam 4"x10"x14' would that work? well you decide,lol.i ripped the beam in 2 length wise with the csm,had to do a couple glue ups for the sides and bottom. back was drawn and painted by my daughter ,carved by me.enjoy,Dave.
