What's the best chipper between the Vermeer 1250 and the 2100-D Morbark?

I like the Vermeer equipment for it's operator friendliness. However as far as being a log and brush killer goes... that would have to be awarded to the Morbark. Those things are built solid and just keep on going.

I had a Vermeer 1250 and wouldn't have traded it for anything else. Have had Vermeer stump grinders since 1963. They have a very good support system from factory. Just my input.

Vermeer is big in my area, and have heard great things about the Cummins engine. Can't make up my mind whether to go with a disc type or drum. Vermeer rep said they would soon be away from disc altogether...only drum type. Which is best quality chip I don't know. Which is easier maintenance I only think I know.
