Cover buckle/clip removal

I have a few Jonsered parts saws that have good clips/buckles I would like to take off the parts saws and put on a good saws. I would buy some black ones but they seem to be a hard to find item so reusing makes sense. I tried one and messed it up. It may have been brittle but before I try another one I Hoped somebody has a neat trick to share.
I tried to find videos but no luck.

Do you mean like the Husqvarna clips? You have to compress the 'tail' with a small flat blade screwdriver.

That is the ones only mine are Black... The one I broke might have been brittle or partially broke before I KILT it. Thanks For the Answer.
