Date for this HT75 anyone?

I have an HT75 to work on for a friend, he ran over it with a truck...
Can I get a date of manufacture serial # 251499127.

Also is the black plastic bit between the carb and the engine replaceable?
It is completely broken in half...

It shows the unit was not regestered with Stihl so I cant tell you when it was sold. I dont know when it was made. Yes that part is replacable.

Unfortunately we can't get the registration for units sold outside the USA...


It's a late model - 2002 or 2003...

4137 121 1600 Spacer Flange, sound right?
