You need to torque down the flywheel very tight, 25 - 26 ftlbs and it won`t shift, the key does not hold the flywheel in position, it is only there for positioning. If you can slot the holes further then it would not hurt anything.

I have the coil on the new position not on the factory place, and place the nova2 next to the carb.
So I hope it will lest long.

Hey guys,
Can it happen that the time of the ignition changes?
Because I have cutting now for some time not much. But the saw don’t start on it’s old position!
So now I looking for a new position of the flywheel to get it start again. Dose someone have any idea what it good be?

I turned it 180 degrees to meet the right ignition time.

Those ignition chip is the probleem. They dont work good on a 4 pol flywheel.
