Dolmar muffler

Does anyone know if a the muffler for a Dolmar 123 will fit on a 120SI ? Chainsawr.com has one . I recently picked up a 120Si but need a muffler for it .

Never tried a "big block" muffler on a 120, I do know that the 112 up family will fit on the 120si.

I like to close up the 'louvers" and put a side exit on mine.
The old Sachs Dolmar muffs are some of the easiest to mod.

The reason I like to close up the louvers, is because stock they tend to blow down on the tank. Makes a mess and tends to burn the tank.

I don't have a 120 here to check, but it sure doesn't look like it will fit to me.

Thanks , I will switch the muffler from my 112 to the 120 to get it running . The 120 needed a piston and the cly cleaned up but looks almost like a new saw . I have seen some 120 super muffler but prefered not to use one because of the louvers . I may have to mod one . Thanks for the help .

Looks to me like the holes on the big cylinder are offset where they are straight across on the 112-120.
