Can't remember at the moment the exact thickness, but a business card is the same as the factory gap gauge. Hope this helps.

That's what I use on electronic ignitions.

.015, does that sound right, off the top of my head ?? But yeah, the business card is as good as a feeler gauge, IMO.

Air gap on the Farmsaw is .010-.012 and yes a business card is a good choice for setting the clearance.
