Does anyone know if the teeth on a Fecon mastication head can be refinished or have new cutting teeth installed. At close to $90 per tooth I was wondering if there is way to have them repaired without replacing them. Any help would be great.

I have no experience with a Fecon head, just a Seppi mower. Hardfacing didn't work because I could not match the weight of all the other teeth and keep the rotating drum balanced. The best bet on a Seppi is to bite the bullet and let all the teeth wear until they are about half worn down and then replace the entire set. Now you will have replacements of varying wear to replace broken teeth. Seppi teeth, hammers really, cost about $30.00 and there are (IIRC) 27. Good luck and keep us informed.
