The Easton made 24d it is the fastest way to split wood (2.7 second) cycle time! Pair that with a wood conveyor and your set .The next step up would be to go to a processor. Look at some videos on that 24d it is just amazing.

Easton made has a lot of great options from a box wedge to a 12 way just depends on what ya want. I assume they can make you just about anything.

Research Eastonmade ( also owns Bells Machining) then give them a call. An Ultra horizontal splitter, an Axis vertical and their conveyor would be the most efficient way to get splits made. It's also going to use up your budget so maybe just the Axis would be enough but it depends on the type of splits you want. Your going to need a good chainsaw ( Stihl of course) and truckloads of logs to keep it busy. A 22D did 1/3 cord in 3.5 minutes with 2 guys.
