First wood of the year!

I haven't cut or split any wood since December first. Got a new knee on December 4th. Took the Fiskers out for a few minutes yesterday and split two 30" blocks of Oak. Then started on a third block this morning, then i found a pile of Cherry lap wood I forgot I had. Filled the little cart up, that's enough for today. Heading to lunch with the guys. I'm going for the chicken chili and an IPA.

Nice! My father just had his second knee done. Its amazing what they can do now.

My dad stayed awake for both his hips. Just pain killers. He could feel them cutting his femur.

He was back to work and walking with no cain in 2 days!!
