Found this at a fleemarket.

I was told it is a chain breaker. If it is it's missing the point/anvil if it is a chain breaker. I can't find any info on the net. It says "REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, INC" and "PART NO 01771". Does anyone have any ideas?

You're right It does look like it. It's a Remington, so is mine. I like to find punches and spinners to make it work. Thanks Ray Benson.
