Front handle replacment cover - Can you get?

I have a shindaiwa 757 that the front handle cover material has come off. It is too small without and hurts my hand after a while. I don't want to fork over $65 for a entire new handle. Can you get a replacement cover for? It looked like heat shrink tubing on the original...
