If the line is short, go buy a longer one and put it in with a new filter on it and it will make your life easier the next time you need to change it.

Harzack223 ArboristSite Operative Joined Apr 14, 2009 Messages 478 Reaction score 218 Location New Hampshire May 13, 2009 #3 you should just be able to use a small piece of metal wire and bend it and pick up the hose and pull it out of the tank. then just pull off the old filter and put a new one on, drop it back in the tank and your done.
