Genuine Stihl RM2 18" & 20" .325 pitch, .063 gage, Chains For Sale

Hi All,

I got 3 Genuine Stihl 20" and two 18".325 Pitch, .063 gage, Semi Chisel chains. Thes are the Rapid Micro 2 chains with the green painted link on them. These are BRAND NEW UN-USED Chains and fit saws like the 025, 026, 029, 036, and others. You gotta have the right bar and sprocket to use them. Make sure your bar has a .325 pitch sprocket and a .063 wide slot through it. Shouldn't be a problem though, since this is the most popular configuration on the smaller saws.

Hate to say it, but my local dealer charges about $21-$22 for that size chain. Not that I would use the 'green wank' chain anyway, but you are asking retail.

You mean he (your dealer) will package it and ship it to your door for free?? If you are already using these chains, then you know where to buy them. Thanks for the post, SawNut.

PS My Dealer gets $24.00 for these Genuine Stihl chains plus tax.

No, he won't ship it to my door. But I can go to his shop and put my hand on the chain before forking over my money.
I just dug out my receipts and the last chain I bought for my 026 was on 8/10/02. I paid $20.70 for a 26RS74 (plus sales tax). That is the yellow wank chain for an 18" bar. I believe the yellow wank is more expensive than the green wank, but I've never bought the green wank. The green wank is 'RM'.

All I was saying is a person would need a little more incentive to send off money in the mail to a stranger rather than popping in the local shop.
