I recently had a mishap with my Stihl saw where I set it in the wrong spot and a log rolled of another log and landed on my saw. It broke the shroud and also broke the spark plug off in the engine. I called the place where I purchased the saw and they would have to order it. On line it had to come from Germany and was about $80. I was already at Rural King buying some oil so I asked there. The guy I spoke with turned out to be their mechanic and said if I don't mind a used one he could probably give it to me real cheap. Didn't have used but a new one for around $30. They were super helpful and friendly. I didn't even know they serviced Stihl or anything there.
