Got a few chainsaws last week, stuck old ones.

They are all stuck, but I think the Stihl is a rebuildable saw. I think it is a Contra? I will keep this one.

The McCulloch is a Super33 or 35, with wrap handle, and I think it is headed to the Dike IA McCulloch Museum.

The Homelite looks like a Wiz.

The Stihl is definitely a Contra and may be a super.
I might be able to help with some Contra parts.

It is stuck so I have no idea how bad it is until I get it apart.

The green tag on the contra is type 1106, motor number 101292 if that tells you anything about the age or type.

The spark plug location on yours is possibly telling me that's it's the super cylinder.
Both of mine are the supers and the spark plug layout is the same.

I believe all Contras had that Sparkpklug layout, could be wrong though, only way to tell the difference is to measure the cylinder. Looks to be an early model going by the big rear handle and the fuel cap. Its got an interesting air filter set-up too. Cant remember ever seeing anything like that! My Contra started out life looking a bit like that. Bit better now!

No need to measure the cylinder. Just look at the top of the cylinder. 1106 and 1106s cylinders are different.
