Found this gem! Really useful info. Started shopping OWB but have to be careful since I am in an URBAN area!

that site is maintained by one of the manufacturers, I can't remember which one, but it's not to hard to figure out when you read their recommended features. Good info though.

For urban use, if you must have an owb, look at CB's e classic EPA stove. It is very clean burning. Better yet, go for an indoor boiler to avoid problems.
