Looking for honest, hard working, smart groundmen that will care about the company they work for.If you are hired and you are valuable to us, you will be paid very well and get plenty of hours, even through the winter. We've paid groundmen better than climbers get in other areas.

Looking for good hard worker that is also smart and honest.
Job involves assisting a tree climber from the ground, using ropes and lowering devices. Using chain saws, chippers, driving trucks, possibly stump grinder.
Very physical work.
Very rewarding and enjoyable if you like working outside and with a skilled team of people that can accomplish amazing things.
Pay rate, likely $10 to 25 depending on skill level and how fast you learn.
No experience necessary, but must be intelligent and have a driver's license.
We are an established Tree Care company, we stay very busy even through the winter.
So, if you currently are working for a tree company and aren't getting the hours you need and/or aren't treated right or paid right; please check us out.
We pay very well, one of the highest in the area. You will get 30 to 40 hours a week in the winter. Summer, usually 38 to 45 hours a week.
Overtime paid, holidays paid, paid vacation weeks after your first year, lunch time is paid for, etc.
We pay and treat our employees very well, but we only keep on those people that are truly hard workers and care about the company doing well.

We have workers that commute from far distances just to work for us and in this nice area of Harford county.
