I may be missing something simple here, but how are you adapting the Stihl bar to the Dolmar saw? I thought the mount patterns were different between the Stihl bar pattern and the large mount Husky bar pattern.

Bill,
Yes the patterns are different.
You have to have a adapter like the one below in the picture.
I have them to go from a husky to Stihl and from Dolmar to Stihl they are quite simple actually.
