Handled ascender recommendations?

Thinking about getting a handled ascender. Hands are getting a little sore after working all week and practicing all weekend working on new techniques. I think I would like a double handle but I've never used either. Any opinions of the CMI Expedition II ? Also what is the recommended means of attachment to saddle? Sling, or is there a ready made product? Where on the saddle would be best to connect to? Or would it be better to connect a longer sling then to a foot strap?
