Help with new Woodmaster

First of all thanks for looking at my setup and all the replies. Its great that so many people with knowledge of these systems are willing to help.

Anyway my cousin whose a plumber came to check it today. He thinks a side arm will help and is going to build one and hopefully install tomorrow. The plate seems to be working properly as the water line into the tank is extremely hot. I suspect the lack of hot water is due to long periods of no water usage along with the recirculating line continuously cooling the tank. I figure this is worth a try with minimal cost. I will update in the next couple of days.
Also when I get a chance to take some pics. of the boiler and my set up I will post them. Thanks again

Got my sidearm hooked up, it was home made by my cousin and works great.
This has resolved all my problems. Thanks again for your input. I can post pics. of my new setup if anyone is interested.
