Homelite 240 Help?

My son gave me a Homelite 240 UT-10630 chainsaw to use to cut down small
tree in my backyard.Someone had given the saw to him but no user manual.I did a search & found a parts list-pdf.

After a search, I could not find a user manual-any help on a manual would be a great help? Not knowing anything about chainsaws tells me -this must be an older model with hard to find parts.Anyway this is a first time to use a chainsaw & I plan on being careful.
