I have been looking everywhere and can't seem to find a tree pruning service or arborist that will deliver bark mulch (perferrably douglas fir) to our house. I've heard of this service, but I don't know where to look. Any ideas?

You could contact a local sawmill and see what they do with their bark. They used to give it away or pay people to haul it away, but I think most sell it now. You can just follow the trail.

As mentioned, it's usually chips they have.

Can you describe?

Do you want chipped trees, chipped bark / barkdust like from a mill, or would you like ground-up branches from a recycling center where the product has been partially composted?
