I have the china carb off of these saws on my smaller chinese ported saws, you need to pull the choke on then squeeze the gas to put them on fast idle or hold the throttle open as you pull the choke out. If you just pull the choke on its not on fast idle, you need to push the choke in to get the choke off too, the throttle doesnt release it. It's kinda weird but works every time.
Not all china 365 carbs are the same tho.
