Hi,
I got 5 254 XPG - SG, i think 3-5 will be a runner.
Serial:
8050158 -> 98 week 05
9370162 -> 89 week 37
8070472 -> 88 week 07
7170113 -> 87 week 17
7170152 -> 87 week 17
the newest one wasnt scored but it has been in water for some time, the crankshaft is history, same with the piston.
Wants to rebuild it because the jug is in great condition, rest also look okey.
I need some help to figure out if I can use a 87-89 crankshaft in a 98 model.
The IPL's show differents.
Is it just the the oil gear that has to be removed on the older type crankshaft? Or, is the rod different from 98 to 89? Other difference?
Just wants to know before I order a new crankshaft.
Cylinder and piston questions,
I see over the years that there is difference from those oldies, anyone can enlight me in what type different it was between those jug&piston version.
