Husky 365 carb tuning

Ive got this Husky I rebuilt a few months ago and I havent started it because both hi and low jet are fully closed. i used non epa Zama C3M-EL2B out of a Jonsered 2065 homy turn on each jet do i need to make it run

Open 1 1/4 turns from closed on both needles and adjust as needed once the saw fires up..........
