Husky 365 Xt?

I have a 2012 365Xt that ever since I got it I could not get it to idle right. Well today I sprayed carb cleaner around the intake boot and it stalled right out. Would this be the cause of the clutch engaging or if I adjust the idle down it stalls? Are there any intake updates for this saw parts numbers are ideas would be great it only has a couple tanks through it and I do not want to wreck it. It has been ported and muffler modded and squish cut. Thanks for any positive advice.

Sounds like an air leak on the boot. Check all the carb and boot connections good.

most definitely a air leak around the boot. Inspect it closely.

I am going to go through it tomorrow. First I am going to check the allens for the carb mounting.

Tighten the carb mount screws a 1/4 of a turn. Just an FYI. Spraying carb cleaner around the sealing surface of the boot and carb, will always slowdown or stall the saw. The solvent is so thin some will always make it's way into the saw. Try the same thing with WD40 and see what happens.

thanks for the heads up Andyshine on the carp Cleaner. I was going to use WD40 but I am out, it was that are liquid wrench will pick up some WD tomorow.

Installed a unlimited coil and sanded down the lip on the oil drum seal removed carb screws and modified the adjustment stops and tightened everything checked for leaks and retuned to run on 32-1 now it runs like a rapped ape.
