There are too many variables to be able to nail it over the computer. Start by taking the bar off, clean everything off real good, and see if you can see any obvious leaks. Could also be a faulty pump?

Joined Feb 3, 2005 Messages 2,062 Reaction score 251 Location Quebec Nov 14, 2008 #3 Thats"normal".Oil leaking is caused by pressure buildup inside the tank.To avoid this,loosen the oil cap to lower pressure.Its worst when the saw is stored in a hot area.
