Husky 61, 75psi comp

It's not mine, looking at it for a friend at work. Has spark, low compression. I can see score marks in the bore. Should I just get the jug and piston kit or just a piston / ring assy and try to clean up the bore? Opinions and long term results needed. I may pull it down tomorow.

Did see where jug kits for around $110 on eBay. Any better places to buy?
