Husky 61

Was in stihl dealership last week and he had this husky 61 on the shelf. Said I could have it for $100. New b/c and runs strong. The oil is not getting to the chain. When I run it without the chain on I see the oil running into the rails but with chain on it will just run down between the bar and clutch. The new bar says jonsered on it. I'm about to admit defeat and just take it in. By the way, the bar is sitting tight.

Sounds like the oil holes don't match up... have you checked the alignment and to make sure the hole is clean and open to the rail?

Yeah, the rails and holes are clean. I ran it with chain off and saw oil coming between rails, but maybe when chain is tightened, like you said, holes may not line up. I'll check.
