Husqvarna 372 crankshaft

I got a 372 here with air leaking out of what looks like a hole for greasing the bearing. But crank is plugged off on the end so no greasing from there. Pressure is escaping from crankcase through that hole. Wondering if this is an aftermarket or did Husqvarna ever make a crankshaft like this for 372?

Thats the way a K saw lubs its sealed cluth bearing... had a couple like that and told how to fix the orblem on this forum to make it usefull in a regular saw
