You show a nice progression of 254 tops. The first two have the cold weather covers on them; pre air-injection. The middle one is air-injection with the swing-away carb heat shutter. The last one on the right is a do-it-yourself type cover. You see the slots molded into the underside? There is a small blue shutter that slips into the slots. Assuming you have already cut the hole for the warm air in between the slots in the middle, during warm weather you remove the shutter and store it in the holder (slots), on the left.
