I was a little chilly this evening so I threw some maple splits in the little stove - I've never really had any maple to burn and wanted to try it. They sure seemed dry.

I like Hard Maple for cookin... but I ain't "jumpin'-up-'n'-down" impressed with it as heatin' fuel.
