The winning bidder has a feed back on 1. the feedback was from the same seller last year. Wow eBay has to learn to fix it!! Or the seller has to learn to use the reserve or do the right thing!! LOL!

If that is true then why would they list items for sale?????????????? Hard to sell items when you only answer once a month. I deal with the great amish folks and they check voicemails everday.
