Jonsored 670 and milling ?

I have a 670 red tuned up real well and was given an Alaskan 3 mill to try . ? if I get a 30" bar and make a riping chain do you guys think it will pull it OK ? I under stand that I may have to take it slow but I have many white pine down and the mills are full so I may as well saw them up to make a wood shed and some beams for temporary bridges in the woods. I'd like some in put from the real pros in here. will also use the new 570 husky when the 670 gives up.

How many cc's is a 670?

It looks like its a 66.8cc saw. It should do fine in the pine. Ive used a 56cc saw to mill 14-16 inch cedar. It wasnt real fast but it did just fine. Good luck and happy milling!
