That's pretty cool

You should check out the windsor chair jigs at lee valley tools. You can run a tapered hole then wedge the tenon. Then you get a gap free joint and don't need any screws or filler

Another beautiful piece. I had to make repairs on a couple of chairs over the holidays, I hate working on chairs.

Congratulations on the great work and the patience to deal with tables and chairs.

Thanks Mark. Safety was my first priority with this chair. It's really solid and heavy, don't want my boss falling off.

That is so cool! I remember many, many, years ago my Dad and I built a small barn with a little S25DA Poulan. It was not possible to get electric to the place so we made every cut with that little Poulan. I still have that little saw.

Later I made some rustic yard benches with it, but never anything as beautiful as that stool.
