Limiters removable on ms 311/391

I messed around trying to remove the hs limiter and wallered it out and so far it's not out. Looking in the hole I don't see a slot in the screw, is there a normal adjusting screw behind the limiter?

There is a metal cap, then behind that lie the screws. Pic included shows how it goes on. The tool threads into the cap, then you twist and pull. The cap is left hand threaded. .

I was unable to get the nylon limiters to thread out and I had them wallered out so I used a stone grinding tool in the Dremel about the same od as the limiters. I ground them out until it was down to a washer then removed the washer with a pick and the adjusting screws were exposed.
