5" dia seems huge. You can get 27 tons from one of these:

Another vote for Northern. Yeah, it's made offshore but that cylinder for less that $300.00 delivered made more sense than the $800.00 + prices I got from other sources. It's been probably 9-10 years and it's still working just fine.
