Plant them in a layer of potting soil about 1/2" deep. Keep the soil ever so moist. Don't overwater. Once they sprout you can mist them with a bottle sprayer as they grow. A big flat plastic seed growing pan that you can get at the hardware store will work until they get big enough to transplant into pots.

just drops 'em on the ground (bare dirt) and they sprout. Clear a spot so the ground is bare, spread 'em around and stomp on 'em (for better soil contact). Water if necessary.
