:jester: You must be joking, that's the very worst one!!!!!!
I am dead serious man. I keep 5 loops of it under my pillow because I feel that it will protect me from kick back when I am sawing logs.
me too... went from stihl chains to whatever is on sale.
tried square and liked it, but sadly due to ZERO affordable square grinders out there. have switched back to chisel.
sure if you've got the time to spend hand filing square. one can do an excellent job. after many hours of practicing... was putting out fast cutting square chains. but just didn't have the 15-20min per chain it took.
it takes me 3-5 minutes max to hand file a chisel chain. Yes I've switched back to chisel.
besides I cut a lot of dirty wood. one touch with a square chain and it's dull.
