The 805's were less common than the PM800, neat looking color scheme with the black flywheel cover and extensive use of socket head fasteners. The cylinders are harder to come by than the as they either had the Q port or the coarse threaded compression release above the muffler.

I did notice it had a compression release at the muffler side. I'll try to get some pics later, I have a 10-10 and the SP81 out for some "exercise" on a neighbors Mimosa tree.

Added some pics of the 805. The P&C look to be in good shape. Other than having to gather up missing bolts, I think it could be made into a runner.

The PM555 is basically the PM55 with the long clutch cover. I have a PM55 with a new piston and cylinder, one of my favorite saws to run with cutting smaller stuff.

Thanks for info. I know nothing about Mac's and always try to get them into the right peoples hands.
Mac lover Al Smith helped me with the gas cap and idle screw that was needed for this one. So I will offer it to him first to add to his mac collection. He is also the one that got the 805 above from me.

Came in this.

If you run across a McCulloch model 77 or 4-30A or early 3-25 two button saw can you try to get them into my hands? All i really look for are the early saws they are what i like tinkering with and some are hard to find. Been hunting a 77 for awhile now, no luck yet. Only a seized one. I want an early 4-30 with 3-25 bar and rubber plug, around the first 200 were like this until they updated the handle and cover. And any two button 3-25 all original. Is very hard to find.

Thanks,

Nick
