Missouri walnut prices and market.

I have been around logging most of my life and my farther has been logging on and off most of his adult life and we got a good spot of timber that has some very nice walnut on it and a lot of pallet lumber. I was just wanting to get some info on the price per board foot and what the market looks like. Like is the market on the down hill side of things or is it on its way up. Just want to know how the market is looking like now and is it a good time to sell the walnut.

Got a bid to have delivered some 14-15 inch walnut logs for $2 foot. St Louis, MO. Does this seem high given the market? About 500 feet.
