I got 2 of these little buggers (not running) on a trade for a used Poulan p3816. Pulled the poulan out of a neighbor's trash, cleaned the carb, and it was good to go. So no money loss on them other than a couple carb kits.
My problem is the saw takes off, even with both chokes on, and will not idle. I have three 192t carbs, and it does it with all of them. I even took the one off my running 192 and it does the same thing.
My two doner carbs were cleaned & have new gaskets.
Fuel lines are new.
I sprayed the intake boot with WD-40 while it was running and didn't notice a change. I tried removing the little ring on the intake boot, and no difference. I havent swapped out the intake boot yet.
Ideas?
