MS361 oil seal installation depth

Quick question:
Does this seal need to be pressed in further?
Right now it is sitting flush with the top.

It would probably be okay where it is, but it looks like it needs to go in until your even with the bottom of the bevel, just make sure that it is not contacting the bearing. But what do I know....

Yes, I would set it a little deeper. You're not taking advantage of all the sealing area. I've seen new seals leak around the OD. The manual doesn't give a depth spec, since there is a special driver that sets it automatically.
