I have a old splitter (unknown make) that has a wisconsin WI-185 engine on it. The muffler has finally rusted out, and I cannot find a replacement for it. I called all my parts guys, and they are having the same problem. The engine is the x-act copy of Robins EY20, but the mufflers are different (my rotten luck). I have even checked to see if exhaust is threaded so I could install a cheapie, but it is not (my rotten luck again).
If I cannot find one I will weld up a honda muffler to the wisconsin's flange. I just cant retire a great engine that cranks first pull hot or cold because I cant find a muffler for it.
