One of the 2 circulating pumps on my Central Boiler 6048 quit so I put a new one on that I had for a spare. The pump hums but won't spin. Anyone else ever have this happen and what's the solution?

Did you spin the motor/impeller on new motor/pump before install to make sure it's free? Might have a capacitor that is bad on the motor.

The impeller is not accessible to spin manually. The impeller and rotor are a cartridge.
3 Hours later I plugged it in again and it took off. Maybe the water and / or heat loosened it up.
Taco has tech support. Need model number of the pump . Picture of electrical connections under the cover, maybe connected wrong. Picture of the wire schematic.
