After you've ran it once and it was hot enough u have to go over the saw and make sure the bolts are still
Tight after it's First expansion. Trust me ull find one or two.
Now that u got this one under ur belt it's like an itch lolol
Ull be looking for the 660 to rebuild. Lolol it will just call to u
Don't waste time get a new chain and a Oregon bench sharpener. If ur new to the daily
wear on a chain ull need it. A sharp!!!!!! chain and I stress sharp will let ur saw last and run the best . Even if it's just a little worn it will hover and not eat as deep and wear out the bar and heat up the chain and ull find urself tightening up the slack an over stretching it. And it will let the saw run at to high of an rpm than normal and heat up the saw risking burning up a piston before it's time.
I ended up getting a Stihl RS chain. I installed it and tested over lunch. WOW! Ate right through some silver maple I had laying round since April. I'm happy to have a working saw. I hope to try it on some cherry/pecan/hedge next weekend.
