No spark ms 461

My Stihl 461 has no spark. Not sure why? I have checked all the basic stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions or tricks of the trade to help me narrow it down? I just replaced the carburetor and fuel lines filter and plug. But it is not starting. So I started with the spark and nothing. So now I have to figure out why no spark...... hopefully it starts once I get spark.

Is the flywheel clean? Do the wires have continuity (remember the wire to the plug is just stripped and stuck on the plug)? Is the coil working?
