scored 3.4 ton of somewhat moist white oak slabs{the pole company where I got them calls them slabs but most of it needs to be split at least once} a quarter mile from my work for $10 a ton I thought that was a good score!! some even cut to stove length.I'll have to take some pics, filled my pickup with stove length and still have a trailer load to rip into with the saw

Wow that is definitely a good score, what's that like 25-30 bucks a cord? Goes for 170/cord around me. Nice!!
